Lovely rugs and great service
I live in the UK and placed the order on a Monday and the 2 rugs arrived on the Wednesday..wow how is that for a prompt service direct from the US. Before placing the order I did read the reviews and would like to say here don't believe in all the negativity especially about rugs not settling down. I bought a 10x14 and a long runner. Yes they both took a week or so to settle down but what do you expect when they had been rolled up tightly for the journey over. I will definitely recommend irugs to friends and a few have already asked me for the website address.

Looks amazing!
Bought this big beautiful bright yellow rug a month ago and was worried that it was coming from America, that it might not but all it was cracked up to be, but speedy and reliable delivery and lovely feature to our Living room, has totally enhanced it!

I purchased the 10X8 shag rug in terracotta and couldn’t be happier. I ordered this just after Christmas and so expected a long wait with it being New Year. The rug actually came 2 days sooner than I was told. 6 days after ordering and the rug was here. I gave it a few days to fluff up as it comes rolled up, but now it is beautiful! It’s really thick, lovely and fluffy and very comfortable to walk on. I’m really pleased, I definitely thought I was taking a chance on quality with the prices being so good but this rug is brilliant. I’ll definitely be purchasing again & I highly recommend

Brilliant!
Very happy with my dove grey shaggy rug. Bought the 7ft by 10ft and it looks great in the living room. I've had lots of nice comments about it. Unbelievably fast delivery, arrived in 6 days and one of those days was a bank holiday! It was longer in the Uk being delivered than it was in the US! I was able to track it every step of the way which was fab. One of the best services ever and not to mention price - very reasonable. Well done !

Lovely rug
Nice rug and lovely colour arrived from States within 4 working days, very impressed. Only down side was because of size restriction on plane the rug had to be folded which wasn't made clear when I ordered it and the folds haven't come out yet after 2 weeks! I don't understand why it couldn't be rolled up along its 10' width? would that have been too long I wonder. anyway still very pleased with quality.

I was a bit worried due to buying a rug online and it coming from America. Plus the cheap price and what the quality would be like, but after reading all the reviews I decided to take the plunge.
Everything was Excellent, the quality, price and delivery.
My rug was sent by DHL and I could track it through America and into the UK East Midlands Airport and customs clearance, no custom charges. Then delivered to my home in the time slot provided by DHL. Well packaged and on opening it up I was over the moon with the quality and colour was spot on.
